Introduction to Breast Radiology 24 Apr 2010

An Introduction to Breast Radiology will be held on Saturday 24th April 2010 at the Jasmine Centre, Doncaster Royal Infirmary.

The course will provide current knowledge/ guidelines on indication, interpretation and limitations of breast radiology, triple assessment, breast screening and MRI amongst other topics.

Breast Cancer Research 2010 18 May 2010

Achievements in breast cancer research is the theme of the Breast Cancer Research 2010 which takes place at the Royal Society in the heart of London on 18 May 2010. It is open to all researchers with an interest in breast cancer.

Breast Cancer Campaign’s key objectives are to build the talent pool in breast cancer research, encourage scientific innovation, engage in scientific and public dialogue and ensure research that translates into patient benefit continues.

The programme will also include an extensive selection of abstract and the deadline for submissions is Friday 20th November. All abstracts from the conference will be published in the online open access journal Breast Cancer Research.

1st British Breast Cancer Research Conference 15 Sep 2010 - 17 Sep 2010

The 1st British Breast Cancer Research Conference will be held at the East Midlands Conference Centre in Nottingham from the 15th to the 17th September 2010.

This is a multidisciplinary collaboration to transform the Nottingham International Breast Cancer Conference into a multidisciplinary biennial breast meeting.

The meeting will be based on abstracts of work in progress selected for oral and poster presentations from those actively involved in the research.  There will be eight invited lectures and 5 multidisciplinary workshops organised by the participating societies
