Substitution & Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be received in writing by 20 September 2026. A refund will be processed subject to a £55 administrative charge. Refunds cannot be issued after this deadline.
Substitutions may be made at any stage, provided written notification is received by the BASO Admin Office no fewer than four days prior to the conference.
